Who we are
Tourin ("Tourin", "we", "us") provides a software platform for booking agencies that automates the booking lifecycle: offers, contracts, deposits, ticket counts, settlement, invoicing, and payouts. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use the Tourin platform or visit this website. Questions and requests: support@tourin.tech.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the basic profile identity those providers share for sign-in (we do not receive your password).
Agency business data. The booking data your agency enters or uploads to run its business: artists, venues, contacts, events, bookings, deal terms, contracts, financial records such as deposits, settlements, and invoices, and documents you upload.
Mailbox data (Tourin Mail). If your agency connects a mailbox through Tourin Mail (described below), we access and store email messages and related metadata needed to run your booking workflows.
Website analytics. This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and how pages are used. Analytics data is not linked to your platform account or agency data.
Tourin Mail: mailbox connections
Tourin Mail connects mailboxes on Google Workspace / Gmail or Microsoft 365 so that your agency's AI employees can send workflow email from your domain and read the email needed to keep bookings current, such as replies to offers, returned signed contracts, deposit confirmations, ticket count reports, and settlement sheets. The same connection also lets you send email in your own identity from within the platform, such as offer emails to clients and confirmation emails to talent buyers, sent from your own address. You choose which mailboxes to connect, and access is granted on Google's or Microsoft's own consent screen for the specific permissions requested there.
What we store from a connected mailbox: message content and metadata (sender, recipients, subject, timestamps, and message identifiers) of mail relevant to your booking workflows, in your agency's own isolated database. Booking documents that arrive by email, such as offer sheets and signed contracts, are stored with your agency's data; other attachments are processed to extract booking information (for example a ticket count report) and the files themselves are not retained. Documents the platform itself generates are stored with your agency's data. OAuth tokens for connected mailboxes are encrypted at rest.
Google user data
Tourin's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, for data accessed through Google APIs (including Gmail data accessed through Tourin Mail):
- We only use it to provide and improve the booking workflow features you request - parsing offers, tracking contracts and deposits, ingesting ticket counts, settlement, and sending workflow email - and for security purposes.
- We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Automated processing, including AI-assisted extraction of booking details from messages, happens solely to provide your agency's requested features.
- We do not transfer it to third parties except to service providers that process it on our behalf to provide these features, as required for security or legal compliance, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
- Human access is limited: our personnel do not read your mailbox data except with your explicit permission (for example a support request), where necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or on data that has been aggregated and anonymized.
Microsoft user data
We apply the same commitments to data accessed from Microsoft identity and Microsoft 365 services: it is used only to provide the features your agency requests, never for advertising, never sold, not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models, shared only with service providers acting on our behalf or as required by law, and protected by the same encryption, isolation, human access, deletion, and retention practices described in this policy.
How your data is stored and secured
Each agency's data lives in its own isolated set of databases. Your agency's data is physically separated from every other agency's data. Connections to the platform are encrypted in transit with TLS. Mailbox and integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your agency's data while your account is active, so your team can rely on its booking history.
Deletion on request. You can request deletion of specific data, of a connected mailbox's stored data and credentials, or of your entire account at any time by emailing support@tourin.tech. We honor verified requests by deleting the requested data from our production systems.
Retention after termination. When your account is terminated, all of your agency's data (databases, stored files, and stored credentials) is deleted within 30 days.
Trials. Trial instances and all data in them are deleted automatically approximately 15 days after the trial ends, unless the trial is converted to a paid account.
Cookies
This marketing website sets cookies only for Google Analytics (traffic measurement). For visitors in the European Union, analytics cookies are set only after consent. The application uses cookies and similar storage strictly for signing you in and keeping your session secure.
Children
Tourin is a business tool for booking agencies and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes affecting platform users, notify your agency's administrator by email.
