Terms of Use
Effective date: July 13th, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern use of the Tourin platform and this website, operated by Tourin ("Tourin", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use Tourin for a booking agency or other organization, on behalf of that organization ("your agency"), which you represent you are authorized to bind. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
Tourin is a software platform for booking agencies that automates booking workflows: offers, contracts, deposits, ticket counts, settlement, invoicing, payouts, and related email. Features may change as the platform evolves; we will not materially reduce the core functionality your agency pays for during a paid term without notice.
Trials
Free trials run in an isolated trial instance for five days. Trial instances are sandboxed: generated documents carry a DRAFT watermark, outbound email and money movement are disabled, and usage limits apply. Unless converted to a paid account, a trial instance and all data in it are deleted automatically approximately 15 days after the trial ends.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken under your agency's accounts. Notify us promptly at support@tourin.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing;
- use connected mailboxes or platform email to send spam or messages unrelated to your agency's booking business;
- probe, disrupt, or circumvent the platform's security or usage limits, or access another agency's data;
- resell or sublicense the platform, or copy it to build a competing product;
- upload data you do not have the right to use.
For clarity, your agency is anticipated to create access accounts for the people in its business, including its clients and their affiliations (artist managers, performers, tour managers, publicists, etc.). Those users act under your agency's account, and your agency is responsible for their use of the platform under these terms.
Your data
Your agency owns its data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service. Data handling, including mailbox connections, retention, and deletion, is described in our privacy policy. You may request a copy of your agency's data at any time.
AI features and your responsibility to review
Tourin's AI employees automate real work: they extract booking details from emails and documents, prepare contracts and invoices, and flag discrepancies. Automated output can contain errors. The platform is built so that a human at your agency reviews and approves consequential steps, and anything that transfers money requires human approval. You are responsible for reviewing contracts, settlements, invoices, and payments before acting on them; Tourin does not provide legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing agreed with your agency at signup or in your order form. We will give your agency notice before any pricing change takes effect.
Term and termination
You may stop using the platform and terminate your account at any time by notifying us at support@tourin.tech. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your agency's data is deleted within 30 days as described in the privacy policy; request a copy of your data before or at termination if you want one.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated output will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the lesser of the amounts your agency paid us in the six months before the claim or $25,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
Your agency will defend and indemnify Tourin against third-party claims arising from your agency's data, your use of the platform in violation of these terms, or your agency's business dealings with artists, venues, and promoters.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, which both parties consent to.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and significant changes affecting platform users will be notified to your agency's administrator by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
